ABSTRACT
The article presents using methods of cartographic representation and econometrics and statistical description to defining the correlation between unit prices of an undeveloped land property
and a distance to a city centre. Sold undeveloped land located within administrative boundaries
of the city of Jasło have been the subject of the study.
