The aim of the quarterly is presentations, discussions and exchange of scientific ideas in the field of broadly understood planning, shaping and protection of the environment and landscapes; modern geoinformatic techniques, geodesy, rural development, real estate management and suburbanization.

The publishers' ambition is to make the quarterly one of the leading scientific publications in this field in Central and Eastern Europe. The creation of such a publication is the result of many years of cooperation between the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy with many research centers in Europe and around the world. Newly published scientific journals contain only original, peer-reviewed scientific articles in English. The advantage of the quarterly is its regularity of publication, interdisciplinarity and high substantive value. The quarterly is published by the Publishing House of the University of Agriculture in Krakow in a circulation of 150 copies and in an electronic version.

The costs of publishing the magazine are borne by the University of Agriculture. H. Kołłątaja in Krakow. Additionally, a fee of PLN 250 + VAT is charged for each item.
